At KHAYBAR, we believe that your personal information is a sacred trust (Amana) placed in our hands. Our approach to privacy is not merely legal compliance, but a reflection of our character (Khuluq), manners (Adab), and commitment to Truthfulness (Sidq).

Just as we strive for purity in our coffee and food, we strive for purity in how we handle your information. We collect only what is necessary to serve you—whether it is to deliver your coffee, guide your spiritual journey, or connect you with the community. We do not sell your data. We do not trade your trust for profit. Your data belongs to you; we are merely its temporary guardians.
2. Transparency as Truthfulness (Sidq)
Truthfulness is the foundation of our First Floor. In that spirit, we are transparent about what we collect:
- Identity Information: Name, email, and contact details to recognize you as an Ambassador.
- Journey Data: Your journal entries, spiritual goals, and progress are analyzed by our systems solely to provide you with personalized guidance and next steps.
- Transactional Data: Order history and preferences to serve your physical needs.
3. Adab of Use & Sharing
Our manners (Adab) dictate that we treat your information with dignity. We share your data only when absolutely necessary to fulfill our service to you (e.g., with payment processors or delivery couriers) or when required by law. We ensure that our partners also uphold the dignity of your data.
4. Your Rights & The Right to be Forgotten
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time. If you wish to leave our digital circle, we will honor your request to be forgotten, erasing your digital footprints from our systems, just as footprints in the desert sand are wiped clean by the wind.
