FOR THE ROASTERY PARTNER · CLARITY OF ROLES

WHAT BELONGS
TO WHOM.

This is not a legal document. It is a statement of clarity — so that you know exactly what you are joining, what remains yours, and what cannot be separated from KHAYBAR.

THE MANNER IS NOT THE MODEL

Other organisations distribute food. Charities collect levies. Brands add social impact messaging to their invoices. This is not what KHAYBAR does.

The manner is specific: coffee is sold with intention. The gap between cost and price becomes a real meal, cooked by real hands, in a real kitchen. The café's customers know their coffee fed someone. The roastery's name is attached to that act.

The manner requires the kitchen. The kitchen is KHAYBAR. Without KHAYBAR cooking the meal, there is no meal — only a number on a spreadsheet going somewhere unknown.

The manner cannot be separated from the person who holds it.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR SCALE

Large organisations can distribute food.

Leger des Heils feeds thousands. Government schemes feed more. These are systems. They are not manners. They do not carry the name of the person who bought the coffee.

KHAYBAR is not competing with scale.

We are offering something scale cannot provide: the specific, named, documented connection between one purchase and one meal. That connection lives only in KHAYBAR's record.

The invoice line reads: KHAYBAR.

Not "meal contribution." Not "social levy." The café sees the name. Their customers see the name. The relationship — in both directions — belongs to KHAYBAR.

YOUR ROLE — CLEAR AND UNCHANGED

You roast.

Your craft, your process, your standards. Unchanged.

You invoice.

You add one line. That line carries the KHAYBAR name. It travels from your invoice to our kitchen.

You remain yourself.

Your brand, your reputation, your relationships with your cafés. All yours. All protected.

You are named.

In KHAYBAR's published record, your roastery is credited for the meals your coffee generated. If you choose.

WHY WE ARE TELLING YOU THIS

Because you asked what a partnership means. And a real answer includes: what each party holds, and what cannot be taken.

KHAYBAR holds the kitchen, the record, and the manner. You hold your craft, your clients, and your name. The meal connects both. That connection is what neither of us can do alone.

"The kitchen is the proof.
The record is the protection.
The name is the manner."

WHEN TO SEND THIS

Send this after the roastery says yes — not before. It is not a warning. It is the second page of the welcome. Let them read it as clarity, not caution.

THE PROTECTION

"The manner cannot exist without the kitchen.
The kitchen is KHAYBAR."
