Level 3: Hearts as Seeds
Your transformed heart—the intention (niyyah) to serve for something greater than yourself

The Seed Philosophy
We call them seeds, not beans. Because botanically, they are seeds—coffee seeds from the cherry fruit, cacao seeds from the pod.
Seeds represent potential for life. Some reach the soil and become trees, providing shade, fruit, and oxygen for generations.
Others are roasted and pressed, giving their essence to nourish. They transform through heat, releasing their gift to the world.
Both paths serve. Both give life in their own way.
